Procedure
- Create/use a rice paddy. Rice is planted into flooded conditions with its specialist rice planter.
- Flood the paddy first; the rice planter handles planting and fertilisation during the pass.
- Check the water pump daily during growth so the correct water level is maintained.
- When mature and the water has been consumed, harvest with the specialist rice harvester and unload into a trailer.
- Before the next crop, lime when required and cultivate the paddy.
